You will receive an email notification upon dispatch.
Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after dispatch.
Some regional areas may incur an extra cost- in extreme cases, some rural areas will incurr a further freight charge due to out of area. Customers will be contacted if freight estimate is considerably lower than that charged by carriers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
Please note - Direct Deposits can take up to 2 business days to clear.
This includes Paypal payment which requires clearance.
Full payment is to be made within 5 days of online purchase (Unless otherwise arranged)
Item will be posted no more than 3 business days of payment being received (usually 1-2)
You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the products you've bought are:
- Faulty
- Significantly different to those shown or described to you
- Not doing what they're supposed to do.
When you buy you should choose carefully. Refunds are offered only to purchases which include the above reasons only.
In the event of order in basis, a minimum 10% deposit will be required. In the event of cancelling a customer order, holding deposits will be offered as a store credit only.
Although Drum Power Music Factory have records of sales transactions, original receipt may be required for warranty claims. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

- The RRP is our suppliers Recommended Retail Price and is shown for information only. It may not have previously been charged by Drum Power and may not be charged in the future.
- Item(s) will not be freighted until full payment has been received.
- Whilst great care is taken in the creation of this ad it may contain errors.
- Drum Power is not directly liable for loss, theft or damage to any goods during transit.

- In the event the specified product is out of stock or not available a similiar item of value will be offered or a full refund given.
