For more than 30 years, the distinctive, traditional sound of birch has made it the go-to choice for numerous pro drummers. Now, TAMA takes birch in an entirely new direction. Proportionately melding inner plies of bubinga with the classic birch exterior, TAMA has created a blended shell that combines the focused attack of birch, with the enhanced low-end of bubinga, delivering totally a new sound, both dynamic and versatile.
By using bubinga wood for the inner layer of the birch shell, TAMA has created a new chapter in the Starclassic series.
Hybrid tone, which exhibits the focused attack of birch paired with the enhanced lows of bubinga.
Star-Cast Mounting System
The Star-Cast Mounting System has always provided maximum resonance and stability for TAMA's pro-drums. A streamlined design makes it easier to position toms closer together for greater ease and comfort than ever before. In addition, a switch to aluminum provides lighter weight and even truer tonal vibration. Last but not least, Star-Cast is now plated to match your drum's shell hardware!
Die-Cast Hoops
Hoops not only affect drum tuning; they also affect drum sound. That's why the choice of hoops was so important to the designers of TAMA's professional drum lines. For our Starclassic Series, we choose zinc die-cast hoops, which are manufactured by injecting molten metal into molds. Die-cast hoops have more density and are more consistent in shape than triple flanged hoops, which are manufactured by bending metal plates. Die-cast hoops make tuning more consistent and easier to achieve because the tension bolts always contact the hoop properly. Drums fitted with die-cast hoops also offer crisper attack, clear and resonant highs and much more powerful rim shots.
Claw Hooks(Starclassic Performer B/B)
Starclassic Performer B/B's claw hooks feature rubber spacers that help protect wood hoops from damage. The hooks and hoops work as one unit and won't separate or rattle, even on loose tunings.
Bass Drum Spur Bracket(Starclassic Performer B/B)
TAMA's MSB30 die-cast bracket holds the spur bracket securely, thanks to the same powerful hinge mechanism used on the MTB30 mounting bracket.Unique memory markers found on the folding spur bracket help simplify set up.
Air Cushioned Floor Tom Legs
Starclassic's Air Pocket rubber feet feature a special air chamber, that eliminates the transfer of vibrations to the floor (which chokes sustain and sound) and absorbs shock for better playing.
Notice:Shell kits do not include drum mounting hardware.

TAMA HP200P IRON COBRA POWER GLIDE SINGLE BASS DRUM PEDAL
Single Pedal
HP200P
The Iron Cobra 200 series was developed with the same design concepts as the Iron Cobra 900 series, and offers high performance at an affordable price. The Power Glide cam shape provides a smooth, light feel without sacrificing power or speed. And both the HP200P and HP200PTW can be fitted with TAMA's Cobra Coil for an even faster footboard return.
Power Glide Cam
The Iron Cobra 200 series drum pedals' single chain pedals utilize the same offset cam shape as TAMA's best selling Iron Cobra 900 series Power Glide.
Beater Angle Adjustment
You won't find adjustable beater/footboard angles on most pedals in this price range. But our HP200P comes standard with an angle adjustment system linked to the footboard angle.
Spring Tension Adjustment
Inspired by Iron Cobra 900 series drum pedals' "Spring Tight" feature, this specially shaped nut prevents the spring unit from loosening.
Spring Tight (US. PAT.NO.5365824)
Twisting springs severely reduce pedal smoothness. Spring Tight, a clever half-moon shaped spring tension rod, keeps the spring from twisting so there's never any loss of power transmission.
TAMA HH205 IRON COBRA DIRECT PULL HI-HAT STAND 200 SERIES
Details:
Direct pull action
Double braced legs
Swivel foot
Non-loosening tension rod
Toe Guard
Security clutch
Features
5-way Tension Adjustment
Five different levels of tension can be achieved quickly by using the five easily visible settings.
Non Loosening Tension Rod
The rubber insulator at the end of the rod prevents the rod from loosening as well as the noise caused by metal-to-metal contact.
Swivel Foot
Since the foot pedal can be rotated around the tripod base, the Swivel Foot feature greatly expands floor space and set-up flexibility.
TAMA HS60W SNARE DRUM STAND WITH QUICK SET TILTER.
Snare Stand
HS60W
The HS60W is a sturdy, double-braced snare drum stand. It features the Quick-Set tilter which allows easy position of the snare drum at virtually any angle.
Quick-Set Tilter (US. PAT.NO.7385127) for Snare Stand
The toothless Quick-Set Tilter securely holds its position using the friction of six metal disc plates instead of traditional gears, so you can adjust it to any desired angle. This mechanism also has a more durable structure than a conventional gear tilter.
Nylon Washers
By inserting nylon washers into the leg stand joints we have improved durability and made the leg action much smoother!
Snare Basket
Unequally spaced basket arms eliminate contact between the arms and the snare strainer or the snare butt, whether the snare drum is 8 or 10 lug. An extra-large arm adjustment knob provides easy tightening and loosening.
Swiveling Basket (US. PAT.NO.6384308)
Asymmetrically spaced basket arms allow an 8 or 10 lug drum to be held without interference with its strainer, butt or lugs. Since the basket rotates independently from the stand, you can place the strainer in any position needed.
Escape Claws (US. PAT.NO.6723907)
TAMA's Escape Claws rubber cushions allow the snare drum to "float" on the basket arms for improved resonance. In addition, they help reduce fatigue by softening the impact of snare drum playing on your arms and wrists.
TAMA HC63BW BOOM CYMBAL STAND WITH QUICK SET TILTER. (X2 IN PACK)
Boom Cymbal Stand
HC63BW
The HC63BW is a sturdy, double-braced boom cymbal stand. It features the Roadpro Quick-Set tilter which allows easy positioning of cymbals at virtually any angle.

25.4mm diameter base section tubing
Double braced legs
Boom/Straight convertible tilter
Boom arm length : 400mm (15 3/4")
Quick-set tilter

Quick-Set Tilter (US. PAT.NO.7385127)
The toothless Quick-Set Tilter securely holds its position using the friction of six metal disc plates instead of traditional gears, so you can adjust it to any desired angle. This mechanism also has a more durable structure than a conventional gear tilter.
Nylon Washers
By inserting nylon washers into the leg stand joints we have improved durability and made the leg action much smoother!
Boom/Straight Convertible Tilter
Don't let limited stage space cramp your style! If there's no room for a boom, simply convert the stand to a straight stand. The boom arm stores neatly in the upper tube.
Steel Insert Nut
Placing a threaded steel insert nut inside the tripod base provides much more strength and makes stripping much less likely than with the traditional method of cutting the threads directly into the die-cast section.
Reversible Bottom (US. PAT.NO.6239343)
The cymbal bottom protects the cymbal's center hole from the tilter's shaft and threads. If part of the nylon sleeve wears out, you can continue to use the cymbal bottom by turning it upside down.
Noiseless Design (US. PAT.NO.6454483)
Are cymbal stands just for supporting cymbals? We think cymbal stands are also musical instruments. All TAMA cymbal stands in the Roadpro and Stage Master lineups were designed with the elimination of stand noise a top priority. A special rubber cap (A) at the end of the upper tube eliminates swaying and rattling, and a special nylon sleeve (B) underneath the die-cast joint of the base section further reduces swaying.
Die-cast Joint
You loosen and tighten the T-bolt/nut of the die-cast joint every time you change the height of the cymbal, making the T-bolt/nut one of the hardest-working parts. At each die-cast joint, the T-nut/bolt is combined with a pressure plate and Nylon Bushing. With this design, removing and replacing a worn bolt or bushing is fast and easy.
